Time to be Blunt

The Federal Reserve's Charter was up in 2013. It Has Expired. The United States House of Representatives,  the Constitution states, "All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives".  Furthermore, congressional tradition holds that the House of Representatives originates appropriation bills.

President Obama must have a good hand.
